Mr. Philip was very courteous and friendly. He took his time to thoroughly check the appliances and verify their proper operation. He gave some helpful advice as to how to maximize their maintenance. Kevin was so professional and friendly and took his time to assess the situation. He was frank about the options and documented the issues so that we can proceed with the manufacturer (this was a service call on a brand new range that arrived from the manufacturer with an issue). Really appreciated his thorough assessment and clear follow-up. Also, loved the communication leading up to the service call.
