2weeks ago he found the problem and ordered the parts. Today he returned installed the parts and the problem is repaired. It great to have repair man know what he is doing.

I called Friday for an appointment and I was given Monday. I didn't like anytime between 8 and 5. I had to stay home. He did come at 1.15pm. The message telling me he was coming did not come until he was here.
