Jeffrey was one of the more professional technicians we have had since we purchased our house in 2018. He was courteous, well-mannered, and knew the product well. He wasn't the typical sales person but listened with care and provided a cost-effective solution.

Kendall was very helpful in repairing my cooktop. I had to reschedule at the last minute and he was able to accommodate moving me to a later time which was fantastic! Also, he explained what he did as well as answered any questions I had. Also, there was a billing issue that he brought to my attention and began resolving on my behalf.
