5 Stars for our technician Don! He was very professional! He called prior to arrival so we knew when to expect him and arrived right on time. He was careful about protecting our hardwood floors when pulling our appliance out so he could access it. He quickly determined the issue and was very informative as he explained it to us. Don was great in every way…highly recommend him!

Unfortunately we have had continued problems with the igniters on our GE range. Herbert has replaced the unit 4 times, to his frustration & ours. The last time we had a fireball from our range which blew out the door. Herbert was at first told get a new igniter, to his credit he felt it was unsafe and went to bat to provide safety for our home. To his and Assurant's credit they deemed the unit unrepairable and replacement being the only safe alternative. To be fair the GE Cafe range worked great UNTIL it no longer was. We look forward to Assurant's follow up replacement, especially given we are unable to cook for our family for Christmas.
