I had a burner on my gas stove that would not light. I needed a quick repair in order to get the house ready to sell. I was able to easily go online and pick the best date for the service. Daniel showed up and was quickly able to find and fix the problem. I was very happy with the overall service provided by Sears and Daniel.

Need to shorten time of waiting; instead of 7:00 am-4:00 p, which is hard for seniors; make it like 8:00 am - noon or noon to 4:00 pm. Better window to do something else.

Robert arrived with his associate to perform Maintenance Checks on four of my appliances. He, along with his associate, were excellent in their performance in that they took the time to explain things about my appliances, did not rush the servicing and eliminated some minor problems that I was experiencing with my appliances. Overall, both were efficient, friendly, helpful and certainly assets to the Sears team.
