Zac made us feel comfortable
Zac communicated well regarding his arrival time. It was obvious that he was competent in his work. He is easy going, easy to talk to. I have had so many technicians come into my home who acted like I was a burden to their day. Zac was the absolute opposite. You need more people like Zachary.

Nazim was able to diagnose the problem immediately and told me that unfortunately due to the age of the appliance, a replacement part was no longer available. He offered alternatives for this appliance, as well as appliance insurance which for the time being I had to turn down.
