A Great Asset
Robert was clean and precise with everything he did very knowledgeable very courteous very friendly old school type of repairman that's missing in the world today someone that actually cares about what they do and does a great job I would make sure that Robert is taken care of in your company and maybe even training your other technicians Robert is welcome in my house any time.

Service was great. Your scheduling department needs work. I received messages that my date was changed, confirmed, and no one showed up. I wasted an entire day waiting for technician and never heard from anyone until the next day. Very inconvenient.
