Rafael came in started to trouble shoot within less than 5 minutes, Identified the problem. Replaced the part then tested the oven every thing is working. Rafael is very professional explained to us about what he did to fix the problem and what we should expect with our oven.

I am very happy with the technician that came out to my house and service my appliance. I am not satisfied with the customer service when I called in and nobody called me back. This is when I called the one 800 for my home number and I could barely understand the people on the other end and nobody was able to help me because I try to schedule my dryer at the same time that my range was being fixed. Nobody customer service helped me. I've been dealing with this all week trying to get both of them together for an appointment on the same day and again customer service on the phone was not helpful to me at all! Again, I am grateful for the technician that came to my house today he did a wonderful job!
