I was very happy with the technician Cortez. He was very personable and efficient. When he asked me to sign a waiver, so that Sears would not be responsible if anything happened to let's say the floor or cabinets anything like that if he dropping the oven, I was a little suspicious. I really didn't like that. But Cortez had a table that he brought with him that he used to pull the oven out. He did a great job and I'm very satisfied at least so far. Time will tell if the oven is working well. Cortez was very polite and efficient.

I found Charles very efficient, knew his job and had the part needed for the job! What I don't like is when I call in for service, the person tries to fix the appliance over the phone and sell me more warranties ! Very annoying!$
