He was so thoughtful and courteous upon meeting! Then so excellent in diagnosing my stovetop problem. Explained in detail why my stovetop burner was overheating. He brought the replacement part with him (since he thoughtfully and professionally called in advance over the phone to diagnose my stove's over heating problem). He gave me an estimate; he fixed the stove; he was so professional! He even gave me cleaning tips! I've never had an excellent technician care so much!!!! He was wonderful and my stove is safe to use again!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
