He was very knowledgeable, & explained everything to me. Was nothing HE could do because of the set up of the burners. Was going to turn down the gas flame, but couldn't because it would have kept it from lighting at all.

My only complaint is that it is impossible to actually talk to someone unless you are calling to make an appointment for a repair. It is very frustrating thst you csnt get a human when you call and online there were no options that i wanted snd the chat was a joke cause there was only 2 options and i needed something else so i gave up. Because of duch poor customer service i probably wont be calling again for anything. Kevin was great this is no teflection on kevin he was great

Albert M. phoned with is schedule, arrived when he said he would. He worked carefully and successfully even though Sears Home Management had said that they didn't believe it could be repaired. He tested everything on the stove before declaring it finished, even though the problem was just one burner.. An excellent job
