I was satisfied with the technician, Tim S. But I was not satisfied with trying to get through to Sears Home Central. It took me forever to get through to a person. Also, it is frustrating that when I did talk to someone on the phone to set up an appointment they say it's from 8 to 5 but the technician is so overbooked he did not arrive until 7 PM. I know us customers are at your mercy but it doesn't look good For you when I don't give you a good review through this site and to my friends. Sears, I expected better from you. Thank you

The wrong part was ordered by first repair person, discovered on the next trip by another repair person, who ordered and eventually installed the correct part on the third trip. I guess patience pays off. Let's hope the repair holds for a few years.
