Came in tested oven. Stated needed igniter had one in car. Had another Sears tech come out on 10/25/22. Stated the mother board was shot. I went almost 1 year waiting on mother board replacement. Happy tech today knew his business.

Greg was great, first by calling ahead telling us when he would arrive...good start. He introduced himself and went to work. He installed the new 50W blub and to his and my surprise, it failed. With a few system checks he realized success and put everything back together and and was on way. Good experience for the Kantors as we are dealing with a 16 year old double oven.

The technician was able to figure out the oven issue with the convection fan problem. It did take 3 trips to finally fix it since June 2023. Each time parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts came in I called the local technician and he scheduled me right away. I appreciate the promptness of each service call.
