Matthew actually called to tell me he would arrive at my home in ten minutes. He is professional, has knowledge of his position! A shining light. An appt was scheduled on 10/2/23. Waited all day only to receive text at 7 pm to advise that my appt had be rescheduled for 10/11/23! The technician did not bother to call me. Was not Matthew. Taking this opportunity to express my feelings. This is not the service I always got from Sears. Matthew gets 10 stars plus!!
