Charles was on time for the appointment. He was very professional and took great care not to scratch our hardwood floors. Once the repairs were completed, Charles tested the oven to make sure it was working. Moving the stove, replacing the parts and putting the stove back took less than 30 minutes. Charles is an excellent repair person.
