Joe was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt bad for him, when he had to come back a 2nd time do to the parts people sent the wrong part the first time.

He was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about what was wrong. But I have had nothing but trouble with this stove. So I hope this time it lasts. All other repairs were done by some other person. Not Sears
