Technicians are always professional. Your scheduling is horrible! Have to take a full day office foe era's being 8-5. They should be 8-12 or 1-5. Also received confirmation of appt for dryer then get a call at 3:30 stating tech not on our area (?). He setup the appt. Rescheduled 10/23..11 days later. Unacceptable.

Tadd found a real problem with the fabric softener buildup in my washer agitator that I never realized was building up and no other tech had ever checked there before, that is how thorough he was and I thank him for that!

Jake was great. He kept me informed of his arrival time and did maintenance on 3 of my appliances at once. He answered all of my random appliance questions and even helped re-center my dishwasher so I can open a drawer! Otherwise, no issues found!
