On time. Called to say he was getting close. Was respectful of the kids and dog. Clean, quick and to the point. Unfortunately my repairs are pretty pricey so I'm using my 30 days to see if getting a new appliance is worth it for us or not. If I end up getting repair work I hope I can request him to return.
