Jeremy was quite nice and professional during both of his trips to my home. He kept me updated as to his ETA. I found this important, given the RIDICULOUS 11 hour service window the company provides. Most all service companies offer a 4 hour window vs. an entire day. This entails taking an entire day off of work, or perhaps missing important kid's activities etc.  A&E execs should try sitting around and wasting an entire day waiting. Shameful
