Randall is a credit to your technician team. He was through, provided comprehensive explanations, had a pleasant demeanor, was calm and friendly. While the repair estimate was more than the cost of a new appliance, I would definitely ask for Randall by name for any future repairs.

Very kind and through in completing the repair that should have been repaired two months ago. I paid for a new motherboard that I didn't even need replaced. This technician was great, but the second technician did not do the right thing. I will not be using Sears after my year is completed.
