I'm not very happy that after scheduling that your system fax mmm be me times and names of service techs that never showed up the first two times I had scheduled and confirmed by you. I waited around the house for two complete days. It would have been nice to be contacted and informed

I have a Kenmore stove/oven that I couldn't shut off. Julian came out. He was very professional and worked in a quiet manner. The stove could be fixed, but the repair would be about the same cost as buying a whole new one. Julian tried very hard to find a solution, but eventually he agreed that I would probably need to go get a new Kenmore stove /oven. He was very nice and very professional. He's a great member of your team.
