My oven would not heat and Kenneth installed the part ordered by another very nice repairman from Sears a week earlier. Kenneth clearly knew what he was doing, and did warn me my oven was old and some parts were no longer available. He was very careful in pulling out my existing oven and reinstalling it without damaging the very tightly fit tile countertop surrounding it.
