Donald is excellent and I'm very glad that he was assigned to return for the repair today. He is very helpful and explains the process very clearly. He was here initially, but a part was needed. He ordered it, it was delivered and he returned to complete the job.

Had to move a bunch of stiff but as soon as he could get to it he had it properly diagnosed in less than 5 minutes..Polite and courteous. I thought Sears would not be able to get people to properly diagnose this product inbtodays world but I was wrong. I will call if I have another problem!
