Repairman who came to my home was friendly, and very competent. However I would recommend trying to narrow down the time slot from 8 AM to 5 PM to a much lesser time frame

Brian's service on my stove was thorough and complete. He performed a complete check and identified the problem and ordered the replacement part and complex the repair. Bottom line the stove works perfectly. That's service.

Logan was great and fixed my stove. Maybe this stove brought bad luck as it had problems from day one, but it took 7 appointments to get a tech here during the promised service window. I asked to speak with dispatch and/or a supervisor and was told that was not possible. I asked to be the first appt to ensure I would get a tech but that also never happened. So if anyone at Sears reads this I give the behind the scenes scheduling bot and your automated 'you will never reach an actual human' phone call center a negative 10 out of 5.

A lot of us consider our time valuable. So it's no wonder we experience some anxiety when given a Huge window of service being provided between 8AM-5PM - that would tie up the entire day ! This technician called around 10 this morning and gave me his ETA - Outstanding ♥️ ! Upon arrival he Professional Cordial and Efficient.
