The service was great the appliance has some design flaws that can't be corrected

The technician(s) showed up on time and immediately started evaluating my non-operative oven. They assessed the problem quickly and advised of possible options. Due to the age of our range, we opted to replace it with a new one. We appreciated having a professional opinion rather than attempting to diagnose it ourselves.

explained everything as he went and we both arrived at the conclusion that it was to expensive to repair. Was disappointed in LG and the problems it had in the 3 years that we had it and felt that repairing it to the tune of 911.00 or more dollars was unwise.
