Mike is a very knowledgeable technician and efficient with his time. He was there to service my gas range. After troubleshooting the issue and checking amperage and voltage, he replaced a part and had working with in 35 minutes. During his service time, Mike was pleasure to talk with and I enjoyed the time he spent working on my appliance. He is definitely an asset to his company and his long experience shows in his work.

Mr Ben Phillips is a top notch tech. Very professional and a man of his word. The repair part had to be ordered. It was routed to an incorrect address half way across the country by UPS. Ben was able to get another part ordered and delivered to my home address pronto. Then he arrived the very next day to install the part and get my oven operational in time for me to bake my daughters birthday cake! It's very unusual to have employees follow thru on their job, least of all go above and beyond. Mr Phillips is a great asset to your staff. A professional, dependable young man! A true asset.
