The serviceman was great and very nice. However, as far as the process of the scheduling of the appt, the phone menu was extremely confusing as you have to confirm that you received the part before they come to the home. The problem is the choice to confirm is not there and it repeats until it tells you to go to the online website, where I experienced the same thing so I had to accept a reschedule and then I texted them instead using the automated menu. They must've gotten my message and the serviceman came without a problem and did a great job.

While Tim was prompt and proficient the experience leading up to the repair of our oven was excruciatingly painful. We could not get confirmation from any of the numbers that were supplied by Sears on the repair date after we were advised (and received) the needed repair parts. We have paid thousands in monthly charges for their warranty service and feel let down by the lack of follow up and very poor customer service.
