The call center was a nightmare. First repairmen didn't come prepared with the part I needed. The part mailed to me was broken. Fortunately Pedro was prepared and had one in his truck. He was polite and knew what he was doing. The only good thing I experienced with your company.

He was so very careful with the stovetop. Knew exactly what was wrong and tried to fix it . Sears had sent one part different from what he ordered so he quickly reordered it . Very nice man . Put everything back in place so I could use some of stove until the part came in . I give him 10 stars for sure .

He took care as he worked and showed me what he was doing, and when reassembling parts he was attentive to the distribution of the screws based on their condition- I really appreciate that attention toward possible future needs! I also enjoyed his thoughtful manner and conversation.
