Tim serviced our range and provided excellent service. He suggested we get the coils on our refrigerator cleaned, which we did.  He had several other good suggestions regarding the stove, i.e. buying a hood fan, which we did not have, and I have already ordered one. He took the time to explain about the Sears Home Warranty Program, and we did sign up for that as well. He was also very friendly, had a great personality and got along with our doggies!
