I glad we had James as our tech today. We thought our stove was broken, however, he listened to me and immediately knew what was going on. Bottom line is our stove is fine and now we are educated on the operation of it. I'm happy.

William and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, and very knowledgeable. William, the older gentleman was excellent about showing the younger gentleman the ins and outs of the small, but very important details of what they were looking at. Our appliance was a bit older, but a very high-end appliance, and William knew what he was doing 100%. Both of the service men did a five star job!
