After the problem was incorrectly diagnosed, John diagnosed the problem correctly, made the repair and adjusted the billing. There were about 5 previous appointments that accomplished nothing. The folks on the phone made multiple mistakes that wasted time, but John finally resolved it.

Juan, was on time, acted professionally and got the job started. He was communicative on what the problem was and how he was going to solve the problem. After receiving the new part he returned and fix the problem promptly, and test fired the stove and it worked like brand new. Sears repair men have been worth every penny of the monthly cost.
