Raymond is the best technician we have had since we first purchased our Master Protection Plan with Sears at least 25 years ago. He is very thorough and takes his time on each of our 7 appliances. He goes above and beyond what your other technicians do. It's a pleasure to have him service our appliances. THANK YOU RAYMOND! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I AM VERY SORRY TO LEARN THAT YOU WILL NOT BE KEEPING THIS MASTER PROTECTION PLAN ANY MORE. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED. Over the course of 25 years we have paid thousands of dollars into this plan only for you not to renew it this year.
