Although our kitchen range was unrepairable, I loved the interaction with the technician. He explained the problem with the oven very well, also he was kind and very polite. What I dislike Sears, I hate your policy of AI. if it takes me an entire year to find a Repair Service business that we can can communicate with verbally then so be it!

Scott was very professional and always kept me in the know. Unfortunately he had to make several trips to fix multiple issues but when he did he always made sure to call me and explain to me what he did and what was needed. He was very respectful, kind and professional throughout our visits. If needed in the future (hopefully not) I'd choose him as my technician again! Thank you Scott for all you do!!
