Repair control switch
Called when he was on his way. Got here quickly. Repaired within a short period. Told me to never leave pans on the burner after use because of fire possibility. I never do.

Service technician advised that the loud squeaking noise was a lubrication problem which required a service call every six months at a cost of fifty dollars per visit, because of the faulty engineering of the belt wheels on the dryer drum. In nine years, we would be buying the dryer TWICE!! I would not have purchased the machine if I had known that!!
