Great overall experience with technician Alex from start to finish. The backend at sears that did not so great. Had no control over the parts delivered and after have those sitting for a couple of weeks and had to call and confirm over and over again that all parts have been delivered they finally dispatched Alex to complete the work. Completely unnecessary that lack of control.

Derone was unable to repair our oven with the part provided by the manufacturer but was very thorough in his assessment, contact with both the warranty company and manufacturer, and completing a safety check of the gas and carbon monoxide. He provided excellent service.
