I have nothing to say but the best to say about the technician today, in the other hand the sears service is one of the worst and most unprofessional company i have dealt with, i started my claim about early mid February for my oven warranty and they kept rescheduling my appointment 4 times. Till today March 1st. With No-one to connect to for assistance.

Both men polite, professional, skilled at their jobs and so pleasent and friendly. It a joy to sayy you I am thrilled to have Sears service for all 8 of my household appliances. Eduardo was professional, articulate, friendly and knowledgeable. He even checked with his resources if he wasn't 100% sure of something, though be proved to be right. It was honestly the best service call I've had. I hope he gets recognized for his service.
