Great service, but hard to get appointments
Tim did great. He's the best. Was supposed to have it done 10 days ago. Got text he was on the way at 4:45, but he never showed last week. I think the system cancelled my appointment. Sears used to be good at this, but not so much now. I'll not renew. Can't talk to a person, and the new system is not an improvement. You guys used to be good, easy to schedule, etc. no longer the case. Your repairmen are great, but not your business .

John and Karl were both professionals. My only complaint is that someone missed the original scheduled appointment but I can't blame that on karl. Stove works and they kept the area clean.
