Samsung range
Five stars! Claudio and his assistant José were great. They identified the problem was a faulty igniter coil and put a new one in. In previous appointments, the techs did not identify the problem correctly, but Claudio did. The oven now appears to be heating up without issue. I hope there will be no more problems with it.

Travis came to repair my Thor stove. We have been having trouble with the large oven since late October 2023. As directed by Thor he came and replaced the same part!, numerous times! Travis is polite, pleasant and friendly! He explained what he was doing.
