Luis was our technician. Had to order a part that was very hard to find. My oven is very old. He kept in contact with me, explained where in the process we were. He was very polite and I was very comfortable having him in my home. When the part was delivered, to my house, I immediately got a message asking when would it be convenient for me to have him come over and install the part.
