What a great experience. My husband set up the appointment but was not able to be home so I was and I felt informed and comfortable the whole time. Range was fixed quickly and Daniel was a pleasure to talk to.

Robert was professional, knowledgeable and kept me posted regarding arrival time. The scheduling system however is horrible. Rescheduled one (of 3) of my appointments without telling me. So no one showed up at appointment time I had scheduled…and which Sears confirmed multiple times via text and email.

Job taken care of. Only concern is my appointment was 8 to 12 and because he was so busy. it was about 4:00 when he arrived. He was very polite and did his job. Might need to hire .
