It was extremely frustrating to schedule 5 appliances for maintenance service. I was told one thing on the phone two different times and then dates and times were changed. You should be able to schedule one person to do all the maintenance checks on my 5 appliances in one visit instead of having different people at different times come.

Whatever the issue was.. It fixed itself, but he did look up the touchpad for this particular model and said that there's no replacements for it so if it is going to die, then I would probably just need a new Range.. I was not interested in the sears protection plan..

I've had a LOT of trouble with my oven for the past 6 months now, and I've had 4 technicians total and the ONLY one who can do his job, is Lee. I now specifically ask for him and him ONLY when I need work done, which is often. And by doing his job, I mean the whole nine yards. He will take my oven out, repair it, and put it all back together. NOT leave me with an oven in the floor and the door off, to put back together myself as the homeowner. Yes, this has happened w/2 different technicians🤦♀️ I highly recommend Lee. He is great at his job, and deserves a raise.
