Technician David was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We were however frustrated with the difficulty of Sears' telephone automated system. On the Sears website we had an appointment on June 11, 2024 1-5 pm. When no one showed up or called by 4:45 pm we called Sears but was unable to speak to anyone about this appointment. We had to call to make a new appointment for June 13, which was when David came to make the repairs.

Kyle was pleasant, courteous, thorough and informative. In addition to correcting the problem with my range, he took the time to explain some useful tips in overcoming some of complaints I had with the range, such as levelness and cleaning the interior. He shared some of his personal cooking techniques which showed me he understands the trial and error of cooking on an electric range. I appreciated his input to my questions and would definitely recommend him as an excellent technician for Sears.
