Tim did an excellent job finding the real problem with the stove. It was a loose screw instead of the part that was order for the stove. I appreciated his skills and knowledge of his craft.

Took 2 months to get someone here and only got a human on the phone after I canceled my Sears service. Finally got through to someone that seemed to care and Joseph was here the next day. He was great.
