Shawn was great working on our range. However, dealing with Sears and scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. The original appointment was March 1st, part ordered and arrived three days later, and after 8 failed appointments, we were finally able to get a technician (Shawn) here to install it June 13th. In June. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone and whatever bot was automatically rescheduling/communicating with me kept sending incorrect information. That part of this whole thing was awful. And once we got someone on the phone (miracle), there was no offer of any kind of partial refund, credit, or an apology. So, to summarize: Shawn gets 5 stars, Sears gets 1 star for the way this all shook down.
