Scheduling
Due to poor scheduling Charles got to my appointment an hour late. Whoever schedules the technicians needs to do a better job. When he got here he went right to work and finished the job quickly and efficiently. So the five stars are for him but the people who schedule get one star.. At least they scheduled for the day he said it would be when he was here before but had to order a part. I had a previous problem with scheduling and it makes it difficult to recommend Sears Home Services to other people.

Mike was very professional and courteous. He arrived earlier than scheduled. He explained what the issue was and what repair work was required. He explained other services offered by Sears but did not try to agressively push me to accept the offered services which I appreciated. Michael repaired my appliance in a timely manner and provided my receipt via email. Thanks for the service.
