Thanks to Sears virtual assistant in ordering the correct parts for my range and having them delivered prior to my scheduled repair date. Patrick installed the new parts and now my range and oven are working again. Patrick was personable, knowledgable and efficient. So glad he provides repair services in our area.

Mr. Stacey has always completed a task. He is very respectful. Kind and very fast at getting to the problem, and repair it. He has been here to help us when appliances quit working for several years. I say he is always welcome in our home. Knows what is needed. Gets the job done, cleans the area. The company has a GREAT worker and is a great person.

We have known Dan for a long time. He did a great job. The service we got from the automated system was terrible. We had the part for 2 weeks, and the system kept insisting that we did not. We finally called Dan and asked him to work out a solution since we could not talk to anyone that understood that we had our part, or a computer that understood.

Keith was on time for service call. I explained what my problem was and he immediately knew what the problem was. Once he confirmed the problem, part was replaced in a timely manner.
