According to the tenants, they have not used the oven yet but they assume it's fine. He came in, accessed and put on the part. The husband stayed with him.

After over a month, our stove/oven is repaired. Not sure why one of the parts was cancelled. After we received the first part, technician was able to order the second part. It took over a week for the second part to come. Hope this doesn't happen again!
