Excellent service!
Ramiro V (tech #552349) showed up early and ready to work on my appliances. He was efficient and thorough, and after performing the repairs on several appliances, he tested them all out repeatedly to make sure that they were operable. Ramiro is very professional and has a great personality. We are so glad he is part of the Sears family and is available to service our appliances.
