My tech is amazing!! I would recommend him to anyone! He trouble shoots, listens to how I cook and use my stove! He tries to the best of his ability! To repair my stove! My tech was awesome but Sears pulled a bait and switch!! It cost me 444 to replace a fuze in 15 minutes time!! Since I didn't want to add on a home warranty, they charged me basically 1500 PER HOUR to change a fuze. I will NEVER USE SEARS AGAIN! I feel like I just got robbed.
