Had trouble finding someone to come look at my LG oven, but making the appointment with Sears repair was simple. Juan was communicative & on time. He listened to the issues, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed part, gave me a quote, & made the repair. Very happy!

Mike showed up and corrected the appt schedule to make sure it was covered by my AIG warranty coverage. The process to get him here was a nightmare. Still confused as to whether or not her was supposed to stay and test the new parts or he was only to Install and leave, which he did.

John arrived on time and throughly investigated our problem with the temperature in the top oven. He did several tests which showed the oven was coming up to temperature correctly. We figured out the thermometer we had put in the oven was faulty. We were just charged for the service call as he said there was nothing for him to fix. We appreciated his expertise, thorough testing and his honesty! Thank you John!
