Locked oven
The service tech was very nice. He listened to my concerns about my double oven. He was curtius and super smart. If I could rate him a 1000 that's what I would give him Thank yu so much Danny for fixing my stove. We really needed our stove for the holidays. God bless yu and your family. Good Technician Difficult Company
Dale did a great job and we appreciate his hard work. The warranty service, however, is very difficult to work with. Communication is fixed to be one sided only, with no way to speak to the service company ever.

Excellent Technician
Luis determined our last technician misdiagnosed the issue with our range so was able to get us a refund of $300+ for a part he had ordered that was not needed. The previous technician had first replaced another part before telling us we needed the additional, more expensive part. Maybe likely that the part he installed was also not needed and an unnecessary expense for us? Luis was able to fix the actual issue that was most likely caused by the gentleman who installed our new flooring. An issue we now have to deal with with that contractor. You need more employees like Luis.

Jon was great, best technician yet- knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. But most appreciated was his follow up and follow through because repair required parts research and additional ordering/ delivery to complete repair. His direct communication was especially appreciated because calling 800 Sears phone oftentimes resulted in being on hold or being transferred to different people, etc.
